Note: For safety reasons, we will not enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and low-ceiling height attics. We also will not climb on sloped roofs. We will perform a visual inspection from a safe location and document the condition and any visible defects.

Additional Services Offered

Infrared Scanning

Using professional infrared scanning equipment, we will scan your walls, ceilings, floors and all Mechanical/Electrical equipment to look for defects. This service can reveal missing insulation, air leakage, defective electrical equipment, and inoperative air registers.

Roof Drone Inspection

$199

Using a small drone, we will get and up close look at your roof, chimney, and any roof vents to look for defects. This service can uncover issues that may not be apparent from a ground-based visual inspection.

Wood Destroying Organism Inspection

We will visually inspect the property for evidence of wood destroying organisms (WDOs) and provide you with a completed NPMA-33 form, a document some lenders require prior to closing.
