Founded in 2025 by Alex Bachowski, our mission is to bring a personal touch to home inspections, offering far more than just a checklist. We believe in educating our clients and empowering them to navigate the complexities of engineering and construction with clarity and confidence.

Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey, with over 15 years of experience managing high-profile projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the US Department of Energy. His portfolio of projects includes restoring historic buildings to overseeing construction of an Aegis Ashore missile defense base.

Alex has experience acting as a General Contractor, executing residential construction projects:

• Complete home (“gut”) renovations
• High-end kitchen renovations
• Full bathroom renovations
• Finishing basements
• Structural repairs

Alex has hands-on experience with all phases of residential construction, to include personally performing demolition, rough carpentry (framing), finish carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, painting, electrical, and HVAC.
